Community mailboxes are damaged and we can't pick up our mail because they are closed. Have gift packages we can't pick up. The internal door that allows you to ring a buzzer to pick up your mail during off hours has a hole where the buzzer should be. They never answer their main phone or any direct lines during business hours. Just rings and rings. Some of the carriers are useless and in the private sector would have been fired long ago. This particular office is the worst of the worst. Multiple issues over the years with their lack of customer service (they simply don't care) and incompetence. It would take me pages to describe the incidents but I'm saving that for the book I'm sending to the Postmaster General in DC. If you are unfortunate to live in a zip code serviced by this PO, I wish you luck.

I had an issue with her and she just decided to not deliver my mail. I have made a complaint twice. Even after her supervisor talk to her she is still keeping my mail.

On the tracking information he said that he left package with individual. But he forgot to say that item was broken due to his negligence.
