  This is the only local UPS store I will be visiting from now on. The printing department blows staples and FedEx out of the water. After calling 3 other UPS stores, FedEx, and Staples, all of which couldn’t even answer the type of printers they used (inkjet or laser), I called Fabio who was not only immediately knowledgeable on his product, but extremely helpful. I came to him with a crazy idea of making custom temporary tattoos, something I’ve never done before, and he greatly assisted without any judgement, which is so hard to come by as a woman who is often times doing unusual things. It is so rare that I sing the praises of a man, but Fabio has made a customer for life. Thank you Fabio! (It should be noted that I provided my own tattoo paper, that is not a product they offer, but most other places will not let you bring in your own paper- so another huge bonus here. Also, it only cost $3.50 to print two full pages of tattoos which is a steal!! You can’t even get them at the store for that value, and they’re custom!)

  Actionable behavior. I have spoken to the manager as well as the owners. They botched a certified mail I sent through their USPS relay. The clerk failed to address the letter correctly. I approved the right information on the credit card screen, as I was instructed to do and as I was told by the employee that I spoke to that I was required that I would sign off on the right information. I did. I remember seeing my landlord's name there. However he mislabeled it and it was sent to me!?! My landlord never got it. It's a $100,000 plus case. When I spoke to the employee she admitted that I had to sign off on the right information I remembered that I did. She said she didn't have information but that the manager did. However when I spoke to the manager all of a sudden all he had was the same receipt that she did. And when I spoke to the owner same thing they have no record of my transaction with them other than the receipt that doesn't show anything other than my name, which I did not receive my receipt says no names or sender information at all!?!? Absolutely abysmal. I actually just sent another certified letter through another outlet, my receipt unlike the receipt from this place does show where the letter is going. I had nothing that told me where the letter was going, nor know how I would find out that it got there. Disgusting liars! All the owner kept asking me was why I wanted the information when I told him I needed to prove it wasn't my fault he wouldn't give me anything. They are incompetent and they are liars. Double check everything. Lucky for them it doesn't seem that there will be damage but trust me if there is I will sue them for everything they are worth. A ridiculous mistake, and a ridiculous receipt. Ridiculous interactions with an employee a manager and two owners who say different things. Shame on this horrible business.
