  Normally I've had great service at this business. However, now I am wondering why I was told by one of the people at this UPS Store that USPS media mail no longer exists, which it most certainly does. I was told that it was stopped by the USPS 5 years ago because nobody used it. That is simply not true. I was rushed so wound up paying abot 3 times what I should have paid for the small book that I was mailing. Maybe the person had the category of mail confused with some other category, but I think it is not asking to much for people in a business to know what they are talking about when people rely on them for correct information. This particular store just lost a packaging and shipping job for a painting that would have cost me about $200 or more to have packed up and shipped. It would have been convenient to take the painting to this store, but I need to be able to put that painting in the hands of people that I can trust.
