    We order our first business banner with Staples I was shocked how easy and quick it was to have placed and received. I was able to use coupons that was available to me from their ads. The employees where on top of my needs and was able to help me make my chose. I will be ordering all my banners from Stamps moving forward

    I will admit that I had initially fallen into the trap of ordering business cards through a separate website. When I got them, I had to scratch my head at WHY and HOW they could possibly have cost as much as they did. But then I needed more business cards and I remembered a fellow small-business owner had recommended Staples so I thought I'd give it a go. WHY and HOW did I not know about them sooner??? Here's what I look for when I order a print job: 1. for your service to be user-friendly 2. for your product to be cost-friendly 3. for your people to be just plain friendly And Staples Escondido hit the nail on the head in all three aspects. Seriously. The customer service was really superb (they called me after I placed my initial order just to tell me they didn't think the font was as easy-to-read as I had hoped; so they encouraged me to come to the store to see it in person before printing the whole order. Sure enough, I had made a huge mistake in my font selection! So glad they didn't just bypass the customer-service aspect as many companies would have absolutely just printed the order as-is and said "tough luck".) Thank you all!!
