  I would like to express my appreciation for KATE at UPS for her outstanding service. She is incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and professional in everything she does. Throughout the entire process, she was warm, polite, and very helpful. Her attention to detail and the time she takes to answer questions truly stand out. My experience with her reflects an exceptional level of customer service. I sincerely hope she receives a well-deserved promotion for the quality of service and dedication she consistently demonstrates. 5⭐️

  If I could leave 1/2 star review I would. I purchased a box from them yesterday, after giving the dimensions of the items I needed to ship. Upon getting home, I realized they had sold me the wrong box. Took it back today for a refund and was told by the manager(she was called twice) that they would exchange but wouldn't refund my money. Even though they sold me the wrong box and nowhere on the receipt did it say nonrefundable. Said some items are, but listed none. The manager was made aware that this would be the last time I would use this store. She didn't care..I guess a $12 box was worth loosing a customer for Would not recommend them.

  I was in your store on Friday, and helped by Eric who is wonderful! Writing this review for the sole purpose of letting everyone know what a kind, patient, thoughtful hard worker he is! I had a large amount of Amazon returns, and documents that needed to be notarized. Eric was both friendly and gracious in dealing with me, navigating all customers, meeting everyone's needs with proficiency and generosity. Very much appreciated, highly recommend this store. Thank you Eric!

  Do not bother trying to do a live scan here. Their system does not work. Otherwise basic location for package drop-off/pick-up.

  CALLED THE POLICE ON EMPLOYEE NAMED ELSA in this store. She gaslit me & publicly humiliated me when I caught her worker trying to steal a package. I didn’t want to believe it was true, so I asked to see security footage in hopes of resolving the issue… She fast forwarded the footage when we got to the exact part where my package was taken and then when I begged her to slow down, she refused and stopped showing me footage and threatened that I would need a warrant. I don’t understand why ANY innocent person would do this to someone trying to resolve a simple issue... I am traumatized by how I was treated & UPS did absolutely nothing. She rectified the situation only after the police were called. This place needs to be shut down. I will never be back to any UPS store and I’ve shared this alarming story with neighbors.
