  Store policy requires you to purchase a $7.99 envelope to use UPS ground and then they charge $2.00 more to print your label. At least the employee was nice even if the store policies are not.

  I was 9 months pregnant and stressed out of my mind. The ladies here at the UPS store saved me. They helped me get my packages boxed and shipped. Truly went above and beyond. I was astounded by their kindness and humanity. I was sobbing from my hormones and they offered me a chair to sit and helped me through the process of getting my baby gear returned. They really are the best. I’ll never forget their kindness. Bravo.

  STOLEN PACKAGE FROM EMPLOYEE AT THIS LOCATION. Employee number from receipt is 300421 don’t let her ship your packages! Don’t ship packages from here I dropped off my package at 10:30 in the morning for next day shipping to arrive next day by 12pm. They were presents for my family and the lady who created the label didn’t create my label until 6 before closing but insist that the pick up driver picked it up my package from that location when there are no scans from their facility. The lady at the UPS store stole my package and is lying to my face blaming the pick up delivery driver. DO NOT ship from here unless you want your very important items stolen from you and the store refuses to give me a claim or my money back. I will be making a police report on the lady I. The store who stole my package and I hope she is fired for robbing people and giving this store a bad name. This store should be ashamed of the people they allow to work there and steal packages and not offer any sort of help finding my items. They’re rude and disrespectful.
