  I was 9 months pregnant and stressed out of my mind. The ladies here at the UPS store saved me. They helped me get my packages boxed and shipped. Truly went above and beyond. I was astounded by their kindness and humanity. I was sobbing from my hormones and they offered me a chair to sit and helped me through the process of getting my baby gear returned. They really are the best. I’ll never forget their kindness. Bravo.

  Writing this review to personally thank Elsa and Jaden for the incredible service they provided us. We came in right at closing with a massive package and despite the lights already being out and register shut down, they stopped to help us get everything ready so we could get our package shipped out the next day. Just incredible customer service. Will definitely be returning for all my future shipping needs.

  STOLEN PACKAGE FROM EMPLOYEE AT THIS LOCATION. Employee number from receipt is 300421 don’t let her ship your packages! Don’t ship packages from here I dropped off my package at 10:30 in the morning for next day shipping to arrive next day by 12pm. They were presents for my family and the lady who created the label didn’t create my label until 6 before closing but insist that the pick up driver picked it up my package from that location when there are no scans from their facility. The lady at the UPS store stole my package and is lying to my face blaming the pick up delivery driver. DO NOT ship from here unless you want your very important items stolen from you and the store refuses to give me a claim or my money back. I will be making a police report on the lady I. The store who stole my package and I hope she is fired for robbing people and giving this store a bad name. This store should be ashamed of the people they allow to work there and steal packages and not offer any sort of help finding my items. They’re rude and disrespectful.

  I just shipped a package at The UPS Store and was very pleased with the service. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick. Everything was handled smoothly. The UPS Store is a great addition to the neighborhood — I’ll definitely be coming back.

  Not happy! I went into UPS about 4:30 pm (Sat) to return an item to Amazon.There were 2 people ahead of me. The one UPS employee there was sitting at a desk with a couple. It may have been a notarization. When nobody appeared at the front window I politely asked the employee with the couple if anyone else was working. In a very SNARKY tone she answered NO…just one word…NO. There was no apology or explanation. She couldn’t have cared less about me or the other people waiting. I left. POOR customer care on so many levels but especially the sttirude of the employee. I usually do my Amazon returns at Amazon Fresh. I went to UPS this time because I was in the same shopping center for something else. . NOT next time though; and if I need to use a UPS store again it won’t ever be this location!!
