- CGCani GonzalezNov 11, 20251.0I had the absolute worst experience trying to return something at this location. The lady hadn't even greeted me before she started almost yelling at me that I was going to need a box. I tried to explain I was doing a return and showed her the QR code and she just kept telling me that was only the label and I was going to need a box. When I asked if she could get one or I needed to package it myself she started saying that she was going to charge me for it. Ok, fine, I'm trying to complete the return, but she was extremely rude and the way she spoke to me was truly uncalled for. The instructions I received did not say I needed to have the item package beforehand and I don't appreciate the way she handled the entire transaction. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

They don’t listen and do what they want and end up making mistakes and waste your time. The lady at the front desk is rude, incompetent and needs training. Someone in HR should go undercover and see how rude and incompetent this staff is. Probably the worst Fedex store. If you don’t enjoy your job, go find somewhere else to work.
