  Very poor service, I have a mailbox here and they have an insanely restrictive refund policy. Along with charging $18 for notary service PER signature. The staff is usually incredibly rude and seem overwhelmed. DO NOT RECCOMMEND ANYONE VISIT THIS LOCATION OR USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES.

  I've been a customer at the UPS store at 1084 N El Camino Real for over 6 years because they provide excellent service and the people who work there make me feel welcome every time I walk in the door to pick up my mail. I actually look forward to going there and saying hello to the friendly, supportive staff members there.
