He was efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant and attentive, while also taking care of other customers at the same time. Olivier at the counter sealed the deal with a Hollywood smile and genuine care. Have not been to the San Marcos USPS but, based on today, it’s worth to come to the Encinitas branch just for the customer experience! Thank you :-)
