  I've been a customer at the UPS store at 1084 N El Camino Real for over 6 years because they provide excellent service and the people who work there make me feel welcome every time I walk in the door to pick up my mail. I actually look forward to going there and saying hello to the friendly, supportive staff members there.

  Always a delight to return packages here. The employees are fast, hard working and also lovely humans (who don't judge when you have a massive amount of packages to return or send).

  I have been using their mail box services for a while and it has been a huge benefit for me. The staff is also so friendly and helpful. Definitely consider this store for your shipping, mail, etc.

  Best family owned & run Business ever! ! The Sweetest daughter they have working, I am strong & had trouble with this huge box/ package. She took charge in the most Professional way & handling this with efficiency of 3 men ! Thank you & Blessings Lisa C.

  My much loved cousin passed away recently, and we wanted to do something special and meaningful for all in attendance, as well as those who couldn’t make it to the service. My cousin and I had worked on a family history, connecting all, and filling in the family blanks. It was wonderful. We wanted to provide a copy to all in attendance, in her own words.i rushed it to the Encinitas store, and they dropped everything to do the printing, provide me with a disk, and mail what needed to be mailed across country. More than the sadness of the funeral, we will always remember the heartfelt kindness and thoughtfulness they showed us as a family.kudos to all the people that went above and beyond to make this happen,
