    I literally thought I was being punked in there. The grandpa who runs this UPS was getting mad at me for not telling other customers how to do things and I kept having to tell him I don’t work there. He was angry I didn’t print my label at home even though that’s a service they offer and I don’t own a printer? I genuinely don’t know if what I just dropped off will ever be shipped. Definitely don’t go here lol

    The owner makes the store unbearable. He is rude and arrogant. Lots of other choices for shipping stores. I won't use this store because of the ownership.

    Multiple times I’ve been to this location and there’s a sign that states they’re on a lunch break in the middle of business hours.

    I’ve been a loyal customer at this UPS Store for more than five years—coming in two or three times a week—and have always had great experiences with the team. They’ve always been kind, helpful, and professional. But today was completely different, and it’s all because of Dave. Dave was shockingly rude, dismissive, and handled my packages with zero care, as if they were garbage. I honestly thought maybe he was having a bad day, but after reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident—it’s a pattern. I’ve always supported this store, but after today, I’m done. It’s a shame because the rest of the staff are amazing, but one person’s attitude can ruin the whole experience. Like others have said: take your business elsewhere. The UPS Store on El Camino and Town Center (across from Home Depot) is miles better—friendly, respectful, and professional. I rarely write negative reviews, but this one is well-deserved. This is for you Dave. Only you. This was my last visit here after 5+ years.
