It feels impossible to experience a friendly human connection, let alone a helpful interaction. I had a VERY expensive and important package that was lost, and they were profoundly useless in the attempt to find it. Another package, they wouldn’t ship because I dropped some chili oil on it. I drove to Point San Pablo and they helped me there. If you have a postal anything you need solved... get back in your car and drive to Berkeley. Or... anywhere else, because you'll spend your time frustrated and disappointed in humanity if you choose this adventure instead. Zero stars. I won’t literally ever return to this location, there’s something very wrong with the oversight at this location.

I came in with 54 envelopes due to our postage machine at work running out and the lady said “I can’t help you” I asked why? Because where else was I supposed to go with all the envelopes that need postage. She said I can’t help sell you stamps but I can’t help you. I asked for her name she did not provide it and I asked for a manger. This lady was full of attitude and lack of personal skills. I hope to never come back here again for any services.
