Horrendous customer service. No wonder why USPS is struggling. Extremely rude customer associates. They don’t help you at all nor they answer your questions.

This branch of the USPS has outstandingly rude employees, and is generally chaotic and disorganized. The people who work the counter are rude and lash out with no provocation, standing in line I witnessed several people treated harshly and with complete impatience. This location may as well not exist, issues with USPS in general not withstanding.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member, Rosheeda, at this location. She was extremely passive-aggressive and outright rude. While I understand how busy and stressful the post office can be (especially during the holidays) and tried to remain patient, she continued to speak to me in a condescending manner and yelled at me in front of other customers, which was completely inappropriate. Basic customer service and courtesy were clearly lacking. After reading other reviews, it appears this is not an isolated incident involving this staff member, and additional training in professionalism and communication is clearly needed. Edit: I encourage anyone who has been treated unfairly to file a complaint with USPS. The supervisor and management team who followed up with me were professional and respectful. I fully recognize how busy and stressful frontline work can be, but that should never be an excuse for treating customers disrespectfully. I sincerely hope this employee is able to reflect, learn, and improve.
