A package I dropped off never received an acceptance scan, and instead of helping investigate or explain what might have happened, the manager immediately became accusatory and unprofessional. Rather than trying to assist or look into internal records, she repeatedly implied that I was attempting to reuse or double-scan QR codes, despite there being no evidence of that and despite another employee acknowledging that nothing had ever been scanned in the system. The focus seemed to be on assigning blame instead of resolving the issue. Mistakes happen, especially during busy periods, but the way this situation was handled was disappointing. I would have expected a manager to approach the situation calmly, review the facts, and offer guidance—not make assumptions or accuse a customer of wrongdoing. I appreciate the employee who actually tried to be helpful, but management’s attitude made an already stressful situation far worse.

The postmaster was so rude. And not wanting to help. I went there for help. I had checked with sender it was sent along with other check that i did receive. Im going there for help. Not attitude. I asked if I could call at end of day, just in case. She said that never happens. No suggestions to what I could do. All that was missing was her broomstick.
