- MNM NelsonApr 16, 20261.0Where do I start? I would give zero stars ⭐️ if possible! I was watching a First Amendment Audit video on YouTube today by Bay Area Transparency. The lady seen pictured below immediately asked for ID when the auditor walked in. Who is she to ask anyone for ID? WTH? 🤦🏻♂️ then she called the sheriffs department and they tried to mitigate the situation. One worker finally took the public records request that should have been done an hour and a half ago. The audit was an employee conduct check at this post office because he received several complaints about this lady who should not be working in that position. She had an attitude that was highly inappropriate. If she wore a sign that said attitude it would have hit the auditor in the face. This audit was a fail. 🙄. This lady does not represent the post office in a good way.

I was so happy to pick up a package from Amazon I had been expecting eagerly, but she ruined my excitement with her bitter attitude, I pray her life situation changes because she doesn’t look very happy. I literally walk in and get greeted with the most hateful and disrespectful attitude before I even got a word out, I’m still in disbelief of her terrible customer service.

- CHC M HMar 4, 20175.0This is a nice cozy post office, tucked away off the main streets. Perhaps that is why the postal worker was overly warm and friendly, it just being our first time meeting. They have P.O. Boxes for those that need them, but no automated machine so get there before they lock up for the day.
