  I will not ever return to this particular UPS! Wendy was rude both days this week. And the worst part was when I tried to ask her a question, she was too busy on her cell phone to respond. She knew it was me from 2 days ago and I felt certain she intentionally ignored me. I asked again for help as I needed to now where to put my return item for the new to me self service set up. The previous employees had always been kind. I’ve worked customer service most of my years and would not treat anyone that way, even if I didn’t like them. Consider giving your service to UPS just down the road at 8698 Elk Grove Blvd. They are also provide excellent Notary service. Amazing staff! Read their reviews yourself and compare.

  The worst UPS store I have ever been really bad management the stuff’s are rude and unprofessional no internet service and they don’t provide WIFI in the store never go to this location

  Very bad experience at this UPS location in Elk Grove. The lady working there was extremely rude and unhelpful. I told her I needed to print a few pages, and she said “okay,” but didn’t ask my name or clarify which documents I needed. She ended up printing the wrong thing (an email instead of the attachment), and when I pointed it out, she just ignored me. I stood there waiting for a long time and almost became late for my appointment because no one was helping properly. When I asked another employee, he was polite, but he printed about 10 pages from someone else’s email, which is a serious mistake. In the end, I couldn’t even get my documents printed even after sending the email twice. They just said they were busy. I had to leave without getting anything done. Very rude staff, especially the lady. One of the worst places I’ve been to. I will never go back.

  They should have a guest wifi for customers returns for Amazon in that very bad cellular coverage area. Some employees really have very bad attitude towards customers.

  I had a package to return but was not sure what I was doing and I wasn't sure if where I needed to go. I waited in line with the return label in my had ready to ask my questions but instead of being greeted, The lady seemed to be bothered by me and asked what I needed when I said Well I had questions, she interrupted me put her hand up and said yes im trying to help you then told me I needed to send the label to the email on the wall and said it might take time then helpedthe next customers in the line.. So I did and after a few minutes of standing there. The guy refreshed the email and it was there. Immediately he seen that the label i had had to be done somewhere else. Which if she would have taking the moment to engage in customer service she would have seen it too and not just brushed me off.
