  I came in with an envelope for international mail and asked for 4 oz. of postage. I was charged $17, but when I got home, the postage was only $7. I went back and was told after-the-fact there’s also a “convenience fee”. I asked why I was not told about the 130% extra fee, and received a dumb stare with no explanation. Very deceptive. Save your money and go anywhere else.

  Horrible service. Selling next day and other service when even the carrier is telling them they can't make those deadlines. When carrier told me to go to them for a refund they refused t submit it.
