She even called her husband that knows more on how to deal with ebay shipping just to make sure I was well taken care of. Appreciate the genuine help of the employee will definitely help more people out starting on anything that comes with shipping.

Unfortunately, one of the staff members an indian woman at the counter was unhelpful and came across as unprofessional, which made the experience frustrating. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect, especially in a customer-service role. That said, the male staff members have always been kind and helpful, and I appreciate their assistance. However, I’ve also noticed that some of my packages are consistently scanned while others are not, which causes confusion and comes across as inattentive. This has happened more than once. I hope management can address these issues to improve consistency and professionalism in service. And if you need a better manager be sure to hit me up :)
- JGJamel GeorgeOct 20, 20255.0First, I would like to say that I’ve been coming to this post office for about eight years now and I like this post office sometimes I can get irritated post office workers but one that stands out as + 1000% at a time for the past five years is this guy named Kenny go to him and guarantee to get a smile great service and if you have any questions he wants to help I try to let people go in front of me just so I can get Kenny stand-up guy. He represents the USPS very well.
