  On 2/6, went to this store on Bruceville Rd to send a book overnite to Indiana. I paid $192 for the next day (Saturday) delivey by noon. Apparently it went to a wrong place and got rerouted, arriving on Monday morning. I called the store for some kind of a refund for late delivery. A man answered the phone and said UPS automatically tracks late deliveries and I don't need to do anything (he didn't even ask for tracking number or anything) and that it takes about 2 weeks for a refund to show up. I waited 2+ weeks and called the store again on 2/23. The man said wait few more days. I called the UPS company 800 number. Got total run around for an hour and was told I need to file a request within 15 days which just passed. I think the man at the store knew this policy? Called the store back and was told the manager, Athena, will be in the next day. So I called her on 2/25 around 9 am. She said she will look into it and call me back. I waited and called back at 1:30 pm. She said she hasn't heard back from the company and will call me back. It is now 9:30 am on 2/26. This is the worst customer experience i've had in a long time. This is my first review. I will re-post if I do get a call back from Athena. Athena called back later in the afternoon and said she needs more time. It is now 3/2, Monday, and still waiting for her response. Meanwhile I get the "response from the owner" below that says I should reach out to customer relations, so they can follow up? You have my contact info. Meanwhile, I will re-post again when Athena responds with info.

  This last time I was told I HAD to buy a shipping box (for $12) because I could not ship my item in the box I had the item packaged in. I went to a different UPS drop off at Staples and they took it the way I had it packaged with no questions.

  Be very careful of this store, they misplaced and sent my package to somewhere else. It is a very expensive package, then they say there's nothing they can do.

  The middle aged lady that works at the store on Saturday January 24th is a rude and miserable piece of work.
