I have been in the industry of customer service for about 15 years and what I known you try to actually assist/ help by providing options. Had a package that needed to be delivered to China he told me that I couldn’t send it in a box and I probably had to pay $400 plus dollars without even scanning or attempting to check. I went somewhere else and paid $30. This makes me not want to ever go there again.

They’re always short staffed and there’s high turn over since there seems to be new people that work there every time I’ve been there. I’m not returning here I’d rather drop off my returns to fedex!
