- GGGustavo GomezNov 17, 20251.0I just left the UPS store at Raley’s, around 1:15pm. The worker (Employee #351117 at Terminal POS7478A) was listening to music and completely ignoring his customers. Then he helped everyone else before me even though I was first in line, I’m assuming because the email I sent with the document I needed printed out wasn’t sent recently (I sent it at 10am). All he had to do was scroll down, print it out and I would have been on my way. He unnecessarily wasted so much of my time. It was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at Raley’s.
