- AAanonymous anonymousJan 20, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been in this location multiple times and consistently notice poor leadership. The assistant manager, Chris, has a very short fuse and seems to get visibly upset over minor inconveniences. I’ve personally witnessed him giving associates attitude when they ask simple, reasonable questions, which creates an uncomfortable environment. The general manager (I believe his name is Dan) appears disengaged and out of the loop. During my visits, I’ve yet to see him step in to assist customers, and it seems customer service responsibilities are pushed entirely onto associates while management remains hands-off. Because of the management’s behavior, this is not a location I feel comfortable returning to. Staples should seriously consider changes in management at this store, as the current leadership reflects poorly on the company and the customer experience.

I placed an online order. the employee recognized the urgency of the print job and moved it ahead of others. the job was completed within a few hours. We found out the person who we got our original document from for a funeral service had an incorrect date, my husband went in, explained the situation. the customer service rep offered to reprint the new document right away and folded them as well for us. I am now a Staples faithful for print jobs.
