I like being able to zip in and zip out. I also like the fact when you ask an associate for help, they don't just tell you what aisle your item is on, they walk you over to the spot and point out exactly where it is on the shelf. Can't ask for anything more!

When I walked up to return my Amazon item they just scanned my item and they took it from there. Simple and straight forward. 👌 very organized and plenty of staff.

The young man had a register and a scanner so he was able to do two things at the location. To ask me to go get back in line behind everybody tells me he wasn't paying attention to start with. It's easier for me to print my own labels and take them to UPS. Customer service lacking. I could have been a Karen and said something instead I just left. Not worth my time going to your store.
