- JJJayme4 days ago1.0So I went to the wrong line to return a Amazon product it was one item and you could not just scan it as I had been standing there for 3 minutes already you told me to walk all the way around when there was a line now in front of you. The young man had a register and a scanner so he was able to do two things at the location. To ask me to go get back in line behind everybody tells me he wasn't paying attention to start with. It's easier for me to print my own labels and take them to UPS. Customer service lacking. I could have been a Karen and said something instead I just left. Not worth my time going to your store.
