- HMHelen MelakeOct 11, 20251.0Poor customer service. They only offer self-service for creating return labels, and the staff seem unwilling to help guide you through the process. What’s the point of having employees if they expect customers to figure everything out themselves? They couldn’t answer my questions, and the information on their portal conflicted with what they told me. I would not recommend using FedEx—especially this location—for any shipments that involve returns.
- AAANov 24, 20191.0A team member was completely unhelpful and apathetic. Their photo printers didn’t work. They made no effort to try to make it work. They said they were out of paper, they had two new reams. They made no effort in figuring it out. They ended up printing my pictures on a different kind of paper at a low quality. It looks terrible. Their attitude and unwillingness to assist was very frustrating. From now on I’ll print and ship things myself.
