The employee named ZENA has absolutely no clue what customer service entails; she can’t even manage to say “hello” in return when you greet her. Then, when the screen displays the three options featuring faces and the colors red, orange, and green for rating the service, she rates it herself and gives herself the highest possible score. 🤷🏻♂️ I obviously would have given her the exact opposite rating. What kind of disrespect is this? The service at this place is horrible.

- DBDavid BeebeMar 7, 20261.0My experience at this post office has been very disappointing, largely due to the behavior of a manager (or supervisor) who walks around the lobby speaking down to customers. He openly shouts at people and acting in a confrontational manner. This consistent type of behavior toward customers is inappropriate and unprofessional. I filed an official complaint with USPS regarding how customers are being treated at this location and I recommend others to do the same if you have any issues.
