- CSConnie SartiaguinMar 21, 20261.0Worst experience ever. My shipment was suppose to get delivered by 3/17 it’s now 3/21 and it hasn’t arrived. I went to where it last shows any update which was the El Monte post office on Valley. We got helped my Dixen. Which was honestly really rude. We came to find that our things were sent back to City of Industy. I asked him what time it closes he said. Idk check google. I said the last thing you can do out of courtesy since we had to go out of our way to investigate where our shipment is at. He said like I said google it. I said you guys are connect it can you call and get the info. I asked to speak with his supervisor. He said which one I have a lot I said the one that is your silicones right now. He send us to the side and 15mins past and no one came to speak with us. This was the worst service ever.
