They will ask you to bring in all the forms by yourself which I never experienced at any other Fedex location. The staff is not willing to help from the time you enter the door. If she wasn’t the only person in the store with a uniform on, I would believe she is another customer instead of an employee.

- MCMonica ChiuNov 28, 20161.0Be aware if you want to ship anything with FedEx you can only use their box or plain box with no sign on the outside or they will charge you a fee to repackage. For me this is such a policy for their own profit and not eco-friendly. They are basically telling you do not recycle your box and get a new one if you want to do business with us !
