They told me a bunch of terms or codes I needed for an international shipment and I had no idea what any of it meant, they did not want to explain or elaborate at all and throughout the whole process they were just extremely rude. I came here because I couldn’t understand everything that was needed online and walked out feeling judged. I would not recommend coming to this location for assistance especially with my experience with Melina, just unprofessional and rude.
