- JFJordan FosterJun 28, 20251.0The absolute worst post office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The staff are rude, condescending (save for 2 employees I have worker with,) and regularly violate their own policies/posted hours. I work out of town and rush back to check my PO Box before 6PM. In the past I have had multiple occasions where the doors were locked at 5:58, despite their posted hours saying 6:15. Not able to make it same day to pick up your package from the parcel locker? They will then place pick up notices in your box. Their posted Saturday hours for pick up are from 7:00-11:30. I have never once had them actually answer the doorbell before 8:30. It might happen for someone else, but they flat out refuse to honor their posted hours. In addition, I have frequently seen a bulb flickering in the lobby, sometimes for months on end. Absolutely unacceptable considering the price of a PO Box here, and if I had another option, I would take it. If I was the postmaster of this facility, I would be ashamed of myself.

The ladies are always so nice and have a whole conversation with you. I honestly walk in here and don't feel nervous which is almost unheard of. The staff has always been great to me. This is definitely my go to post office for all of our ebay packages now.

This post office has the worst service and the employees including the post master are rude and unhelpful, and they take no responsibility in their bad service. They don't even care, and it shows in the way they handle the people they serve. They constantly deliver packages to the wrong address. They choose not to deliver packages to my home because they don't want to come down my driveway so they won't leave them at the mailbox either. But it's random it's like they pick and choose what to leave. In the winter they left my packages out in the rain and snow and I had to have the items replaced because they were books that were wet and ruined. This week I had an item that shows delivered and that it was put in there mailbox. It was not. I called the post office. They told me my tracking number was not correct but if I put it in on there USPS tracking it works and pulls up the order. They told me to call the company to find my package. It's not the company's problem it's the post offices problem Again no help not responsible.
