  First let me say that the staff here are really nice and helpful. The 3 stars is basically because it’s outgrown its space, the volume of packages delivered to this small UPS store is astounding. It’s so much that it’s been my experience that it will be days before mail actually gets put into your mailbox there. I get notifications for when all my packages and mail are delivered. Those same packages and letters/bills don’t show up in my mailbox for days afterwards. And now I am forced to have my prescriptions sent to me through the mail. I’m not thrilled with that because of the setup here at this UPS store. Some of those medications are refrigerated and packaged with ice packs. Waiting days until they can find my package under the mountain of boxes they get every single day, label it, then put the notice into my mailbox is not acceptable. This place is crazy crammed with packages. Behind the counter it is a safety hazard because there are so many packages piled everywhere that it’s very easy to trip over them.

  This is my favorite UPS Store. They are Pleasant, quick, very helpful and just know their stuff.

  This staff is helpful and welcoming. They smile and say thank you! I won’t go to another location. I plan my shipping when in the area just to use them.
