  I used to use this location for self-service printing but there were issues with new machines. Tried again today ... a huge mistake. Not a hard job (1-2 sided, stapled, 20 sets), but both machines failed before any final copies were produced. They ended up doing it in the back. Not a problem at the Folsom location, but the new copiers at the EDH store are still terrible. Go somewhere else.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. I wish I could give them negative stars even. I used FedEx's internal system to have a package redirected here because it was coming signature required and I knew I wasn't going to be home. The FedEx website allowed me to have my package sent here to be held so I could pick it up. When my package arrived at this location they refused to accept the package, which triggered it to be sent back to the shipper. What is the purpose of being able to have a package redirected to a location like this only to have them refuse said package? Now I have to spend a bunch of time reaching out to the shipper of the package because apparently nobody at FedEx corporate can help me, the shipper has to do some sort of a claim. Not only that, I needed this by this weekend which was part of why I wanted to redirect the package to this location so I could just pick it up and not have to deal with the whole missed signature having to have the driver come back song and dance. I will never do business with this location and I will make sure to tell everybody I know exactly how good of a job they do business there.

  I found that FedEx customer service lies to people My package was supposed to be delivered today I called. I went on the website. Shipment was not anywhere near me yet. The customer service agent said it would be delivered today, Friday at the latest 10 PM. The delivery time itself sounds like a lie so the latest Update at 9 PM informed me that the package was on the way to the post office that covers my Delivery area So in no way is that package going to get to me today as promised. In fact, why would it be going to the post office if FedEx is handling this delivery sounds like a third-party to me. So you see FedEx customer service lies to people And to the FedEx representative responding to this post ….excuses are like ice holes Everybody has one…… FedEx has them all in customer service. ! 😮🤣

  You can't print passport photos here. A staff member informed me of this in a very rude manner.
