- SSSlipperysealDec 6, 20251.0I found that FedEx customer service lies to people My package was supposed to be delivered today I called. I went on the website. Shipment was not anywhere near me yet. The customer service agent said it would be delivered today, Friday at the latest 10 PM. The delivery time itself sounds like a lie so the latest Update at 9 PM informed me that the package was on the way to the post office that covers my Delivery area So in no way is that package going to get to me today as promised. In fact, why would it be going to the post office if FedEx is handling this delivery sounds like a third-party to me. So you see FedEx customer service lies to people And to the FedEx representative responding to this post ….excuses are like ice holes Everybody has one…… FedEx has them all in customer service. ! 😮🤣

To be clear, I’m taking about prepaid pre-packaged items from apple or Amazon, not something I packed myself. Waste of space for such a nice area.
