- ESEast Bay Home Care ServicesMar 19, 20261.0I used this agency several times last year, and Kris was always great to work with. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with the new staff was the worst I’ve had as a customer. When I asked to review the new rate, the Territory Manager told me he did not have time for me because he was too busy to deal with my questions. That response was unprofessional, dismissive, and not what I would expect from a company serving the public.

The representative I spoke with was quite rude and unhelpful, and it felt like she didn’t want to assist me. As someone who values kindness and professionalism, I was really disheartened by the interaction. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
