I live a 15 minute WALK from this location and packages sit in "out for delivery" status for days on end. Then when they are too lazy to do their job (which is frequently) they just change the delivery status to "no secure location" to avoid having to deliver packages. All they have to do is leave the package on the front portch but that's too much work for them. This has happened several times.
