The staff here are consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They act annoyed the moment you walk in, refuse to answer simple questions, and make you feel like you’re a problem instead of a customer. There is zero respect, zero willingness to help, and zero basic courtesy. Their attitude is unbelievably hostile, and it’s clear they don’t care about their customers at all. I’ve given this location multiple chances, and every time it’s the same miserable treatment. I’m done with this UPS Store. I strongly warn anyone: avoid this place if you don’t want to be disrespected and treated terribly. There are plenty of other UPS locations that actually value people — this one absolutely does not.
