The African- American Gentleman behind the Counter has always been ' Very Polite & Helpful '. I only use them about ' once or twice Annually. Not been here ' In a few months ', but am a bit disturbed to see so many bad Reviews. I think his name is Aaron, and I used to feel bad for him as he seemed to have to handle ' End Of Shifts ' alone. It does sometimes get busy ' End Of the Day ' ... I have witnessed him be Exfremely Patient & Professional/ Polite with the Customers as well as ' the Store Closing Procedures. More Recently a Latino Gentleman joined the Crew. He's always knowledgeable & ' to the point '. Am glad ' they know their stuff ' and sorry to disagree with the bad reviews on here. I usually call 1 800 Go FedEx before visiting to ' Verify their Current Rates ' for International Envelopes... I need to use their services soon too... Retail Customer Service can be a ' mundane job '. This one involves many, ' Intricste Details'. We just gotta be patient with Counterfolks & Acknowledge their challenges. I have worked similar positions before , and I have to say ' It's the Customer Attitude ' that make these jobs happen. A little ' Friendliness & Compassion ' go A Long Way ❤️!!!!!!
