I’ve had consistently great service at this FedEx location over the years, but today was exceptional. I needed help collating and binding several documents (8 files, 50–75 pages each), something I hadn’t done in years. Renzo and Aaron were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They walked me through the most cost-effective and efficient options, guided me through the self-service steps, and seamlessly jumped back in to help whenever they were free—even while assisting other customers. I was in and out with a perfectly bound, professional-looking set of documents. The customer service truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciated their care and attention. Outstanding experience.

People having powertrips over tape and things that are free to use for fedex business customers.
