  Horrible customer service, they don't have the sense of first come first serve and help whoever they please. I was there for like 30 minutes and people who came way after me got helped first and I was ignored the whole time. It was only after I raised my voice the guy helped me, but he had this mad attitude. Hope I dont have to ho here again.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I need to send something with a return envelope inserted. They only do return envelopes online. That’s fine. I need to mail a couple pages to get stamped and returned to me. The guy at the store would NOT help me. I didn’t know the weight or any of the things I needed to be able to do it online. He merely said “you need to do it online and get a QR code and come back” and wouldn’t answer any questions. It’s impossible to to create a label Online without a weight, and he wouldn’t weigh it, help with instructions, or answer any questions. I called someone who had done it recently to try to get help, and they said their FedEx person was very helpful but sadly it’s too far away. Go to UPS!

  It’s always helpful to read both good and not-so-good reviews, and I’m happy to add a truly positive one. I’ve had consistently great service at this FedEx location over the years, but today was exceptional. I needed help collating and binding several documents (8 files, 50–75 pages each), something I hadn’t done in years. Renzo and Aaron were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They walked me through the most cost-effective and efficient options, guided me through the self-service steps, and seamlessly jumped back in to help whenever they were free—even while assisting other customers. I was in and out with a perfectly bound, professional-looking set of documents. The customer service truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciated their care and attention. Outstanding experience.

  Horrendous a good chunk of the staff is useless enough that you dont wanna roll the dice with standing jn line and they make up rules to their convenience despite a million other fedex’s operating under a certain basic set of rule that they refuse to follow. People having powertrips over tape and things that are free to use for fedex business customers.
