- RORoman OrtizMar 23, 20261.0Overpriced and they nickle and dime for each additional service. Better to use the Post Office or another mailbox service like Postal Planet etc. Will not do business here again.
- KFK FerrinMar 23, 20262.0The pricing on the mailbox rentals is like flying Spirit… everything is an add-on and it’s unrealistic some of the things they set like with a basic box only five packages a month. I’m sorry you can’t control Amazon and how they break up your order not to mention when you do try to do an Amazon order where this location accepts them it doesn’t give you the option only one out of five times amazingly not to mention on a $30 box for a small box you’re less than 30 days late they charge you $15. The pricing is just insanity. That’s on top of mail, flooring fees and everything else they claim UPS Store Corporate set the fees and then when you call them, they deny that and they say it is the local franchisees… Used to use UPS Store religiously don’t think I can anymore just because of corporate guidance and the pricing is out of control and the nickel diming…

Have had helped me Several times and always helpful with great attitude i can say same for 2 other employees I've dealt with personally several times though I don't remember their names. Good place
