I paid extra for priority mail. I had clearly marked both front and the back DO NOT BEND OR FOLD. The PO also stamped this on the envelope. Not only was not on time, it was 7 days late. I packed it with cardboard and it was firm. It was delivered folded and bent. In order to even bend it would have taken force and had to be purposely done. The portraits were all creased even thought I made it almost impossible to bend. Very dissatisfied.
