- TRTorrance Roman3 days ago1.0Poor service and pushy when I take few seconds to think about paying their excessive costs for shipping to go in line to help next customer though when they're slow for appointments or anything oh well "not their fault" don't like coming but don't have options.

The employees refused to do so. They said they would send the package back to the seller. I explained that the seller would not refund me or return the item, as the Speedpak postal service in China does not return packages to the seller. I also filled out a form to redirect the packages to the correct address. However, the second package was also sent back to the seller. The employees at the central post office in El Centro are unwilling to resolve the problem in the customer's favor.
