  Got there between 4.15-4.25 and they were already closed when online says they’re open until 5pm. Why does this always happen here but other UPS have no issues.

  Bad customer service! I said Hi how are you? to the girl in front and she just ignored me and said put ur stuff on the scale. I was in a rush so I just ignored the rude attitude but next time I come here if this happens again I’m going to say something. Im tired of the bad customer service at this location!

  I brought my Cox cable equipment there when I was changing over Wi-Fi to return it to Cox Cable and they took care of the packaging and sending it back. Very fast and easy

  They are supposed to open at 8 which is very convenient but they always open late. They do not have a self checkout. There is always only one person working. He is always rude and always looking for a reason not to take your package. He is very quick to just say call Amazon or whatever company you are trying to ship to. I watch other customers get denied in line for simple things I have seen other stores help with. I have had my QR code “not work” at this store, went to another and it worked fine. The only reason I’m forced to come here is because they are one of the only ones open at 8. I don’t recommend coming exactly at 8 or coming to this store at all if you can avoid it. They really need to work on their customer service or just put a self service drop off in so we can just skip the interaction all together.

  I came into the UPS store with an extremely difficult order. I had more than 30 boxes to ship and many of them were heavy. Each employee went above and beyond to assist me and made sure that I was informed every step of the way. Trey helped me carry in boxes and Caylie stayed late to help re-tape some of the boxes that needed more reinforcement. Diane was the manager in charge and also the one who helped me ship my order. She was very professional and thorough, and created a really enjoyable atmosphere! Having to process such a large order takes time, and Diane was cheerful and downright awesome through the entire process! She even stayed late to make sure I had everything I needed, and that all of my packages were safe and secure! I wish I lived locally, so I could always go to this UPS location. I owe them a lot, and I’m extremely grateful!! Thank you!
