first off i wanna state this is the worst experience i’ve ever had for a change of address. the lady in the front end corner by the door by far has the worst attitude. the other lady sandra was very respectful and professional but that lady needs some coaching from a proper manager.

The plain clothes delivery person that delivers to my house entered our gate, got bit by our dog who was with a child, and blames the dog and maintains a really petty attitude for no reason. You trespassed and our dog did its job, you dont need to write about how the dog bit you on every delivery slip, get over it and maybe learn something about dog behavior, a barking dog is usually not your invitation to enter a gate and talk to a CHILD. Also no one substantiated a report or proof of the bite.

Came in early morning, there was zero line. Janel is super friendly and helped me pick the right shipping option. Janelle also offered additional supplies for future packaging needs. In and out within about 5 minutes.

I recently visited USPS to return a package, and the experience was frustrating from the start. As soon as the woman at the counter saw me with my package, she immediately asked if I had a QR code. When I said yes, she told me to go use the self-service even after I explained that I had never used it before and didn’t know how. She offered no assistance or guidance whatsoever. When I struggled to get the QR code to work, I returned for help. A male employee then stepped in, but his attitude was even worse. He took one look at the package and asked, “Is this SHEIN?” I told him no, I don’t even shop at SHEIN, and it was clearly labeled from another company. Despite this, he told me, “If my machine breaks, you’re paying for it, because SHEIN packages have viruses.” That statement was not only rude, but also completely unprofessional and baseless. Even after I pointed out the label and clarified again that it wasn’t from SHEIN, he continued making assumptions. I left the post office feeling disrespected, judged, and confused. This is not the level of service anyone should receive, especially when simply trying to return a package. USPS should really train their staff on how to treat customers with basic respect and how to assist those unfamiliar with the process.
