  I came into the UPS store with an extremely difficult order. I had more than 30 boxes to ship and many of them were heavy. Each employee went above and beyond to assist me and made sure that I was informed every step of the way. Trey helped me carry in boxes and Caylie stayed late to help re-tape some of the boxes that needed more reinforcement. Diane was the manager in charge and also the one who helped me ship my order. She was very professional and thorough, and created a really enjoyable atmosphere! Having to process such a large order takes time, and Diane was cheerful and downright awesome through the entire process! She even stayed late to make sure I had everything I needed, and that all of my packages were safe and secure! I wish I lived locally, so I could always go to this UPS location. I owe them a lot, and I’m extremely grateful!! Thank you!

  I went to return a few items and received service from REBECCA. She was so amazingly patient, knowledgeable and very kind. She helped me get all labels printed that I needed. Her service was phenomenal today

  I've been to this UPS store many times and have never met an employee who wasn't friendly and helpful.

  I had a really bad experience at this UPS location today. I waited in line for like 25 minutes just to get told they wouldn’t take my Amazon return. The Amazon app clearly says “no box needed, return as is,” but they kept insisting I had to put it in a brown box. They were being rude about it too, almost like they was ganging up on me for no reason. I honestly started feeling scared for my own safety over a simple Amazon return, which is crazy. I ended up leaving without finishing my return because the whole vibe felt hostile. Super unprofessional and I won’t be coming back 👎
