At first it seemed fine—they directed me to the only printer in the store, but it was being “guarded” by one older man who spent 10 minutes trying to figure it out while everyone waited. No one on staff stepped in to assist him, even after I asked if there was another printer I could use (they said no). Staff just stood around and let the situation drag on. Poor customer service and a waste of time. Won’t be coming back to this location.

The associate had no idea what I was talking about. I thought I would at least get a pleasant attitude or an I’m sorry for missing half of your order, but nope. This will probably be the last time I use this printing service.
- SMSarah MugfordJan 30, 20254.0I used staples to print brochures for my business on short notice. There are not a lot of companies I can physically pick orders up quickly so I thought of staples. Their online brochure maker was *mostly* very user friendly and I was able to pick them up quickly. The colors were darker than I thought they would be and the price was more than I would really like to pay BUT it was very short notice. I picked them up same day. I will likely use again as there is a physical store I can go to. The quality is less than I would have liked but it got the job done. Thanks Staples.
