She would be a wonderful example for training and follow-up with other associates. I do wish the store made more use of its floor space, perhaps moving some of the novelty items toward the back rather than near the register area. It would also be helpful if price-checking stations were available for customers. Overall, I had a very positive experience thanks to Brenda’s assistance.
