- JSJustin J SilvaSep 3, 20252.0Staff was very rude and I had an issue with them not being able to receive my email and acted like it was on my end. However, once it was Figured out and came to light the issue was actually on their end and their buildings connection. I asked to speak with a manager which I was told by the lady i was speaking to was that she was manager which she said the problem was on my end once again. Overall, a bad experience and would never give them my business again.

- SLSierra LOct 25, 20241.0Damaged a $1400 phone in transit that they now refuse to deliver. I swear every single time I use fedex they find a way to massively drop the ball. Apple for whatever reason decided to ship with FedEx despite me warning them not to, and alas. Phone gone. Oh but don’t worry, now I get to file a claim and deal with that joyous experience. Thankfully apple handled the situation.
