  I am so thankful DHL is located nearby. Sophia was not only professional she was pleasant to work with. I was frantic trying to get a package to Germany in time for our sales meeting next week. I lost a lot of time due to shipping it through another carrier, only to have it returned because it didn't clear customs. Who understands those classification codes. Not this girl. After hours (literally) trying to create the shipment and classify the item, I gave up. Then I found the DHL store. I just had to answer a few questions and like magic it was done. Sophia checked out the device I was shipping and pretty much knew what to classify it as. She even gave me a great discount. When I was creating my label online the cost was over $240. Lesson learned: Good to the experts. Best of all, it will arrive on time. If you need professional support and peace of mind, I hope you're lucky enough to work with Sophia.
