Didn't understand why, but was told they don't make much money on cleaning filters. I challenged them to assist long time customers and gave them reasons to make up for the missed service. they "HUNG UP" the phone on me. I called back to let them know how rude it was for a business to treat customers in this manner and he said" don't school me on my business". It won't be very long before he'll be seeking other opportunities.
