I’ve gone to other UPS locations and they tape my packages FOR FREE all the time. Rip off, scam, and bad business. Also they charge $10 for a roll of tape. Talk about stealing from the people. GROSS!

I have gone to all the UPS stores in eastvale and they all are poorly staffed and have pathetic customer service. The training for having a UPS franchise should set up these owners for success and provide adequate support to train their day to day staff or the owners of these stores should know on their own that this cannot be a way to run a business and supplement training to their staff to be more professional. Staff look annoyed to help!
