I live in Eastvale I have visited 3 different stores Service is so terrible .....horrible.... i have visited 1.12523 Limonite Ave #440, Mira Loma, CA 91752 2. Archibald Ave STE 102, Corona, CA 92880 3. 5120 Hamner Ave Ste 140, Eastvale, CA 91752 They are very upset nasty workers there who say nothing is in their pay grade they cant help us. Very nasty attitude no customer service etiquettes.... its like they are all hand picked upset of life individuals who want a job but cant provide service. Lazy... uneducated.... unhelpful.... very nasty owner ship ... If you live in eastvale drive a little and go to this store 2420 River Rd Ste 230, Norco, CA 92860 This ups store is awesome service here is 1000/100... very exceptional... very professional.... understanding... helpful. knowledgeful... Jerry was awesome. He helped us i came here after reading reviews and without a doubt it was awesome.

He said he didn’t notice. How can u not? It literally had like a foot left of tape. When a new one noticeable had the 27 yards. And had the sticker that says “remove before use”. The one he originally handed me had little to no tape and did not have that “remove before use”. Either he’s completely clueless or intentionally trying to scam me.

Last trip was around 20 or so returns for me and the process was a breeze.. No Waiting, No Hassle, No Fuss.. Best experience! They made processing a bunch of my returns so quick and seamless. Employees have always been friendly and professional - they turned what could have been a painful return process into a breeze. Thanks...
