This place is always busy and never fully staffed! Waited 1.5hrs. Just for an Amazon return.

This store is absolutely ridiculous! They charged me 3.00 dollars for asking them if they can tape the top of my box. Every other UPS that I go to always has tape out for their customers to use. This store is taking advantage of their customers! On top of that because I used my debit card they charged me a 50 cent processing fee! No sign posted though! This store is absolute trash. I will not be returning here. I can tell by their 2 star rating they must be loosing business so they have to nickel and dime people.

⭐ 1 STAR — If ZERO stars were possible, this store would absolutely deserve it. I had one of the most absurd and frustrating experiences ever at this UPS Store today. All I needed was a simple Amazon return worth under $20, and somehow this store turned it into a completely unnecessary, time-wasting, disrespectful ordeal. 🔥 Issue 1: $8.99 for a tiny box — with NO price list, NO policy, NO transparency I walked in with my printed return label and my item, and the first thing the employee told me was: “You must buy our box. The cheapest is $8.99.” So I asked: Do you have a price sheet? ❌ Any written policy? ❌ Any posted fee chart? ❌ Nothing. Just an arbitrary fee they insisted I had to pay. I ended up wasting 30 minutes driving home to get my own box. 🔥 Issue 2: Brought my own box — now they demand a $5.99 taping fee When I returned, they suddenly said: “Your box isn’t sealed well enough. We always charge $5.99 for taping.” I pointed at the entire display wall full of tape products and asked for prices. Their answer: “Everything is $5.99.” Absolutely unreasonable. Absolutely inconsistent. Absolutely no transparency. It felt like they simply charge whatever they want. 🔥 Issue 3: I was skipped so they could serve a white female customer who arrived AFTER me I was clearly already waiting. Another customer — a white woman — walked in after me. The employee completely ignored me and served her first. The message was blatant and extremely uncomfortable. 🔥 Issue 4: The employee muttered profanity (“F*”) during the interaction** During the argument, the male employee muttered “F***” under his breath. Totally unprofessional. Totally unacceptable. No customer should ever be spoken to like that. 🔥 The most ridiculous part: I drove LESS THAN ONE MILE to the UPS Store on Archibald Ave — and they handled the exact same return FOR FREE in 30 seconds This is the ultimate proof that the issue is NOT UPS policy. At the UPS Store on Archibald Ave: They charged nothing Didn’t question my box Didn’t force any taping fee Didn’t invent charges Handled the return instantly Were polite and professional The contrast couldn’t be bigger. ❗ The problem isn’t UPS. The problem is THIS specific store. 🚨 This location has serious systemic issues: Predatory, inconsistent fees Zero pricing transparency Skipping customers in line Unprofessional behavior and attitude Employee muttering profanity Practices completely different from nearby UPS stores Wasting customers’ time and causing unnecessary frustration ❌ Do NOT come to this UPS Store. With a fully functional, honest, professional UPS Store less than a mile away on Archibald Ave, there is absolutely no reason to put yourself through this. This place doesn’t just have “bad service.” It has management issues, training issues, transparency issues, and basic customer-respect issues. Avoid at all costs. If you want, I can also write: ✔ A shorter but even angrier version ✔ A more sarcastic version ✔ A Yelp-optimized version ✔ A version highlighting racial bias more strongly ✔ A viral-style Reddit storytelling version Tell me which style you want!
