Terrible service! I had an appointment for my passport at 11:45am and they made me wait for 40 minutes because the lady who does the passport was on “break” I’ve never heard of a 40 minute break ! Why would she take her lunch right before my appointment it makes no sense

The post staff mentioned they don’t have help to translate in Spanish and I helped a family translate. I have seen families with a lot of difficulties printing and filling out the application. Please remember to take someone to the appointment if you need translation. I can also help if needed.

I was yelled all of sudden by a male employee asking me to move myself away while I was waiting in the open area for the lady who handles passport service to show up. There was no one in front of me or behind me, and I was at least 5~ 6 ft away from the counter, then this guy just yelled and ordered me to move. He was not even in passport service and was handling mailing or something two counters away. It’s shocking why he could treat a customer in such a rude way and show no respect. There’s no any sign saying where passport customers should wait, yet he yelled and ordered me to move. After I did move myself to the corner, another white lady showed up at the same spot where I stood, and this time he didn’t yell nor saying anything. Isn’t it discrimination? Maybe!

USPS picked up our incoming package by accident. Long story short, the USPS system is so flawed and they were about to send us away empty handed (again) but Dustin offered to check one more time and after a 20 min wait, he found a package that had been missing for months. Dustin, if you’re reading this, you the GOAT

This happened a while back I don't know if they still work there, but these 2 Asian ladies started yelling at me when the address I wanted to send a parcel to would not show in their system. I had to call the company on the receiving end to verify the address, and they started yelling and screaming obscenities at me. Worthless workers.
