- AZA Z3 days ago1.0I was yelled all of sudden by a male employee asking me to move myself away while I was waiting in the open area for the lady who handles passport service to show up. There was no one in front of me or behind me, and I was at least 5~ 6 ft away from the counter, then this guy just yelled and ordered me to move. He was not even in passport service and was handling mailing or something two counters away. It’s shocking why he could treat a customer in such a rude way and show no respect. There’s no any sign saying where passport customers should wait, yet he yelled and ordered me to move. After I did move myself to the corner, another white lady showed up at the same spot where I stood, and this time he didn’t yell nor saying anything. Isn’t it discrimination? Maybe!

I had to call the company on the receiving end to verify the address, and they started yelling and screaming obscenities at me. Worthless workers.
