- AAAtlas4 days ago1.0Terrible service...I lost a emergency fund check worth almost ten grand through express priority shipping, and shows that they delievered it to the front desk person instead of me or dropping it in front of my residence. Then I go to the front desk and they say they didn't recieve the mail. Of course, I contact this branch as they deal with Stanford University mailing, and their manager says the delievery driver shipped it to my residence, then when I ask if they can hold on call for 10 seconds so I can walk downstairs to double check they end the call mid-sentence. Immature, rude, childish behavior from people who don't listen to basic directions and giving it to random strangers. $11 for priority shipping gone to waste, including additional wait time for another check to arrive.
