- LLLonnie LewisNov 30, 20181.0Absolutely horrendous post office. Staff (Nicole) is rude and does not know how to conduct business. Needs a serious overview of staff, replacement of staff. Does not deliver, nor hold package for even a day (24hrs). This post office is absolutely useless and should not even exist if this is the type of service, or lack thereof, they refuse to provide. Will be contacting district office to file complaint against staff and their procedures. I can not believe how rude and useless they are. Honestly hope they never get treated the way they treat others. I strongly suggest moving your mailing options to Parker, or up River CA (Parker Dam Post Office) and shut this one down, The attendee Nicole has no business working in the post office at all. Negative stars... When asked for her district office number, or to speak with a supervisor, she refused and said they don't have a number to call and complain.... This is so unacceptable, the employee Nicole should be fired.. There have been multiple complaints on this woman that I didn't believe until I faced the issues myself.
