When I gave her my UPS QR code, she rudely told me that I needed to seal my own package but she said she was going to make an exception (i didnt even ask her to). She processed my return and put two pieces of tape seal my package. There were clearly still openings. I told her if she can just seal the other parts and she rudely told me no this is not a free service. Then why did you offer it? How irresponsible of her?? She told me as if “since your not paying you dont get to seal it fully”? If my package gets damaged or lost, I am going to come back to this store and demand that you cover all my costs. She shouldve just rejected me BEFORE SHE ALREADY PROCESSED MY RETURN.
