Our property did not have a mailbox so we had a P.O. box in Jamul , we finally got a mailbox and Karen was very helpful with all the questions i had and helping me understand the process, The only reason i left 3 stars is because they open late and close early, it's sometimes hard to get my packages and i often have to pick them up from the post office because they will not come all the way up my road and deliver to my property, i don't get home till after they close and go to work before they open so it's almost impossible to get my deliveries. Please change your open and close hours

Not to mention she doesn’t take ownership when her or her team drop the ball, she just gives excuses that are irrelevant, and she threw my package on the ground in front of me in the mail room!
