I don’t know there are such bad reviews, I had a lovely time if you can getting my postage and packages out. They were very friendly, quick and informative. A machine was broken and they were very apologetic.

I like this location because of April. She is always passionate of what she’s doing, always helpful and efficient. She knows her job well, and most importantly takes care of all her customers! Simply she is the outstanding individual that I’ve ever seen in USPS!

Visited this location just after 10am, during the week. Came in to buy X-mas stamps. Waited in line for over 20-minutes, with one/1 cashier open. While the person apologized/twice for the wait, she handled a PO Box rental [which was very time consuming] and left her station twice [for what, I don't know], as the line got longer. It's this kind of inefficiency that infuriates some/me when they visit this poor excuse for a business, when they continually raise postage rates and STILL offer poor service. When I finally got to the cashier, she proceeds to tell me, she's the only one around; when I asked her about getting more help. And some of these employees are 'surprised' when patrons have major issues having to visit their locations.........I guess, I should have known better.

The bad customer service here is correct! If you arrive at this USPS near closing time the clerk will claim to not have enough time to assist you. Keep in mind the hours are what they are. In my opinion if you arrive 5 minutes before closing time with whatever mail service you need whether buying stamps or mailing internationally they should still assist you. Doors should close at closing time but anyone inside should still be assisted. The clerk was named Khalida (oversized middle eastern lady) who yells abruptly to co-workers in the back & clients in the front. If she doesn’t like her job she should quit & do something else. In addition, she herself clicks on the green smiling face before us as clients get to pay… meaning she answers the customer satisfaction question herself 🤦🏻♀️. I will probably not use this location again even though it’s the closest to me. Good luck going in here during tax season or much less the upcoming holidays!!!!!!
