- ERElaine Fonseca, REALTORNov 6, 20251.0The bad customer service here is correct! If you arrive at this USPS near closing time the clerk will claim to not have enough time to assist you. Keep in mind the hours are what they are. In my opinion if you arrive 5 minutes before closing time with whatever mail service you need whether buying stamps or mailing internationally they should still assist you. Doors should close at closing time but anyone inside should still be assisted. The clerk was named Khalida (oversized middle eastern lady) who yells abruptly to co-workers in the back & clients in the front. If she doesn’t like her job she should quit & do something else. In addition, she herself clicks on the green smiling face before us as clients get to pay… meaning she answers the customer satisfaction question herself 🤦🏻♀️. I will probably not use this location again even though it’s the closest to me. Good luck going in here during tax season or much less the upcoming holidays!!!!!!

The two ladies at the front desk were raising their voices/yelling at customers and complaining about wanting to go home. They did not greet anyone and just gossiped to each other, and then when I tried to email my receipt to myself, she skipped the receipt screen and left me without one. Really disappointing and I won't be returning to this location!

- MJM JAug 31, 20251.0Wost postal service. Can't get mail from PO box "after hours" and can't even deposit/send mail "after hours". This is the only one that have this weird hours which was supposed to be temporarily. I work and was able to get/pick up my mail at night. But now I have to either ask/give my key to someone to please get my mail from PO box or I can't get my mail at all.
